TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol—The provincial governments of Bohol and Cebu signed the historic SugBohol Sisterhood Agreement on Friday, July 31, forging a partnership to strengthen cooperation in governance, economic development, tourism, and public service. The agreement was signed by Bohol Governor Erico Aristotle Aumentado and Cebu Governor Pamela Baricuatro during a ceremony at the Ceremonial Hall of the New Provincial Capitol.
