According to Ukrinform, the ASTRA Telegram channel stated this in a post.
Using eyewitness footage of the attack, an OSINT analyst from ASTRA determined that the target was the Bashneft-UNPZ oil refinery in Ufa.
The Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, reported a massive drone attack on industrial facilities in the region. According to him, 25 drones were shot down, but one UAV was destroyed over an industrial zone, causing a fire.
The Bashneft company operates three major oil refineries in Ufa's Northern Industrial Zone, located in close proximity to each other: Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim, Bashneft-Novoil, and Bashneft-UNPZ.

Together, they form the Ufa Oil Refining Complex, one of the largest in Russia, with a combined processing capacity of up to 23.5 million tonnes of crude oil per year.
Earlier, on June 25, Ukrainian drones attacked oil refineries in Ufa, including Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim.
As Ukrinform previously reported, during the night of August 2, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck an oil refinery in Saratov, the Engels airbase, an oil depot in Russia's Kaluga region, and a launch site for strike drones in the Bryansk region.
