SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — A river crossing (spillway) in Barangay Dianed at the Aurora town of Dipaculao has been impassable to light vehicles as of 6 a.m. Monday (Aug. 3) after persistent rains brought by Tropical Depression “Luis” raised water levels in the area. The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Dipaculao said the spillway was unsafe and advised motorists to avoid the crossing until water levels subside.
