LUCENA CITY – Sea travel for all vessels in northern Quezon province resumed on Monday morning (Aug. 3), after the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) lifted the Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) over the area.
