CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela- The Mines and Geosciences Bureau in Cagayan Valley has been monitoring 608 “landslide-threatened and flood-prone barangays” due to the 100-millimeter rainfall dumped by Tropical Depression Luis on Monday and the next three days. MGB revealed this during an online pre-disaster risk assessment meeting on Monday to lay out preparatory measures.
