MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Tuesday congratulated Filipino tennis star Alex Eala after she became the first Filipino player to win a Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) 500 singles title. In a social media post, Marcos hailed Eala’s latest milestone, saying she continues to break barriers for Philippine tennis. “Alex Eala does it again.
