According to Ukrinform, Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, reported this on Facebook.
"Two children and an elderly woman were killed in Russian guided bomb strikes on Sumy overnight. The girls were five and ten years old. The children's bodies were recovered from the rubble of their home," the regional governor said.
According to him, residential buildings and non-residential structures were destroyed or damaged. Assessments of the damage and efforts to clear the aftermath of the attack are underway.

Four more people sought medical assistance after suffering acute stress reactions.
Six guided aerial bombs struck civilian infrastructure in the city. According to air defense forces, two more Russian aerial bombs were shot down as they approached populated areas, Hryhorov added.
