Injuries reported amid track fire in New York subway

ABC News' local station WABC said injuries had been reported.

New York City authorities were responding on Tuesday morning to a track fire near Astor Place in Manhattan, according to the city's emergency notification system.

"Track fire: Expect delays & service changes on Brooklyn-bound 4 & 6 train between Astor Place & Lafayette Street in Manhattan and Brooklyn," the notification said.
