According to Ukrinform, Odesa Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Kiper stated this on Telegram.
"The enemy cynically struck the outskirts of Odesa with missiles, targeting a crowded area near a market. Civilian infrastructure has been damaged," the post said.
Emergency services are working at the scene.
Information regarding casualties and the full consequences of the attack is still being clarified.

Earlier, Ukrinform reported that two people had been injured in a Russian attack on civilian infrastructure in Odesa Region.
