According to Ukrinform, the Kharkiv regional office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.
"A missile strike near a two-story residential building caused structural damage and a fire in an apartment on the ground floor. Rescuers evacuated a woman from the damaged apartment," the statement said.
At another location, according to the State Emergency Service, a strike hit an open area. "Grass caught fire. Residential buildings, commercial facilities and vehicles were damaged. All fires have been extinguished," the agency said.
Vitalii Karabanov, head of the Balakliia City Military Administration, said on Facebook that one of the enemy strikes damaged a cultural center, a library, three shops and more than ten private homes.
"One woman was injured in this attack. She was taken to a medical facility and is in moderate condition. Another enemy strike damaged a municipally owned apartment building, which sustained significant damage," Karabanov said.

According to him, two women were injured in the second strike, one of whom is in serious condition.
According to the Izium District Military Administration, Russian forces used Banderol munitions.
On July 27, Russian forces struck Balakliia in the Kharkiv region, killing one person and injuring eight others.
