CALAPAN CITY, ORIENTAL MINDORO, Philippines — Authorities on Tuesday, Aug. 4, arrested Mimaropa’s most wanted person in Barangay Cambijang, Cajidiocan, Romblon, for six counts of qualified rape involving a minor. In a statement, police said the suspect was apprehended during a joint law enforcement operation led by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG)-Romblon Provincial Field Unit.
