LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — An 18-year-old college student was arrested after he allegedly strangled his uncle, struck him in the head with a hard object, wrapped the body with packaging tape, placed it inside a sack, and abandoned it in a vacant lot in Purok 3, Barangay Can-olin, Candijay, Bohol.
