Carlo Daniels, 31, is proving that potential is not defined by where you begin, but by the determination to keep learning. As a lecturer at the University of South Africa, he combines teaching, research and community engagement to inspire students while contributing knowledge that addresses the social and economic challenges facing South Africa.
