BANTAY, Ilocos Sur — A rockslide forced the closure of a section of the Tagudin-Cervantes Road in Suyo, Ilocos Sur, on Thursday morning, triggered by heavy rains and strong winds from Tropical Cyclone Maymay, and the previous rains dumped by Luis and the enhanced southwest monsoon.
