KORONADAL CITY, South Cotabato — The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) has expanded its Free Internet Access in Public Spaces (PFIAPS) program to 160 public sites in South Cotabato and North Cotabato, giving communities free internet access in schools, barangay halls, health centers and other government facilities.
