ILOILO CITY — The southwest monsoon, enhanced by Tropical Depression Maymay, will continue affecting parts of Western Visayas, with Antique expected to receive the heaviest rainfall on Friday. Based on the latest regional weather forecast issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Thursday afternoon, Antique will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
