SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur—A total of 153 families and individuals affected by the recent Tropical Depressions Luis and Maymay and the southwest monsoon, or habagat, received Family Food Packs from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) on Friday, Aug. 7, in Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur. The relief assistance was part of the agency’s immediate response to communities affected by the recent weather disturbances. The DSWD said the distribution was expedited because Sta.
