MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines has the 72nd most powerful passport in the world and the seventh most powerful in Southeast Asia, a slight improvement from its ranking last year. The latest Henley Passport Index, released on July 21 as its second edition for 2026, said the country shared the 72nd spot with the African countries Benin and Uganda.
