According to Ukrinform, Odesa Regional Governor Oleh Kiper reported this on Telegram.

"The enemy launched another attack on southern Odesa region. In Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, the attack damaged the facades and windows of three five-story residential buildings. According to preliminary information, one person was unfortunately injured," Kiper wrote.

He said all relevant emergency services are working at the scene.

As reported, Russian forces struck industrial facilities in Kryvyi Rih overnight on Sunday, August 16, sparking a fire. One person was killed and 13 were injured.
