As reported by Ukrinform, this was announced by the Ministry of Defense.
"It was developed at a Ukrainian enterprise specializing in the production of military equipment. The vehicle was designed at the request of the military to carry out tasks in the conditions of modern high-intensity warfare," the statement said.
According to the ministry, engineers implemented a number of important design solutions not found in conventional military motorcycles powered by internal combustion engines. The MUL.E is intended for transporting personnel with weapons, carrying small cargo, evacuating wounded soldiers, and operating on both paved roads and difficult off-road terrain.
During testing, the MUL.E confirmed its declared tactical and technical characteristics and its capability to perform military missions. Its key features include:
- Unique 2×2 all-wheel-drive system;
- Increased survivability thanks to two independent electric motors;
- Low acoustic and visual signature for quiet operation;
- High-performance electric motors;
- Short deployment and packing time;
- Long autonomous operating time;
- Extended driving range;
- High resistance to mines due to its low ground pressure;
- High maximum speed.
The MUL.E can also tow a cargo trailer.
A fully charged battery provides a driving range of nearly 100 kilometers. Unlike most electric vehicles, the motorcycle does not stop completely when its batteries are depleted.
The frame is equipped with a removable gasoline-powered generator that recharges the main batteries. The generator can also serve as a portable power source for charging mobile phones, communication equipment, FPV drones, and supplying electricity to military units in the field.
Thanks to its wide off-road tires and all-wheel-drive system, the motorcycle can travel across difficult terrain, including muddy ground, sand, deep snow, and marshland.

The vehicle exerts ground pressure comparable to that of a soldier's foot, allowing it to avoid triggering most anti-vehicle and anti-armor mines.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Ukraine's Ministry of Defense has also developed a new class of guided munitions called Firefly, which has completed testing and is ready for mass production.
