Police execute search warrants in relation to Wellington homicide investigation
Police investigating a homicide in the Wellington region want information about sightings of two cars.
Nathaniel Sturmey, 29, was found dead at a property on Malone Road in Lower Hutt on 9 April.
Police say they have executed a number of search warrants across the Wellington region as enquiries into his death continue.
Detective Inspector Jamie Woods said the investigation team was making significant progress.
Police were focusing on a number of people, including some who were known to Nathaniel Sturmey, he said.

Police are seeking sightings of a black 2010 Nissan Qashqai in and around the Waterloo area of Lower Hutt on the night of Wednesday 8 April and the early hours of Thursday 9 April, as well as in the Naenae area on Sunday 12 April.
Police also want to hear from anyone who saw a grey 2007 Audi A4 in and around the Waterloo area on the night of Wednesday 8 April and the early hours of Thursday 9 April.
