The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
According to the investigation, at around 17:15 on Tuesday, July 28, Russian forces attacked the city with what is preliminarily believed to have been a Geran-4 attack drone.
The drone struck the roof of a five-story residential building, damaging the roof, a parked car nearby, and shattering windows throughout the building.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, a Russian drone struck a five-story apartment building in Kharkiv on July 28, sparking a fire.
Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Syniehubov said the strike occurred in the city's Novobavarskyi district.
Earlier reports indicated that eight people had been injured.
