New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani said the city does not have the legal authority to enforce the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. However, he urged the U.S. federal government to act, saying Netanyahu is “not welcome” in New York City.
