SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Several local governments in this province kept classes suspended on Tuesday as two low-pressure areas (LPAs) and the southwest monsoon, or habagat, are forecast to bring heavy rains over the country. On Tuesday, Olongapo City, San Antonio, and Botolan announced the suspension of classes. They joined Subic, Castillejos, San Narciso, San Felipe, Cabangan, Masinloc, Palauig, Candelaria, and Sta.
