MANILA, Philippines – Who could forget President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. memorable line: “Mahiya naman kayo?”

The remark became one of the most controversial lines that Marcos used during his fourth State of the Nation Address (Sona) in July last year, drawing loud applause from members of Congress, government officials, their families and guests inside the Batasang Pambansa.
