A man has died in police custody in Brisbane’s CBD.
The 55-year-old man was arrested at a home in Thornlands at 10.50am on July 17 in connection with a return to prison warrant.

He was taken to the Brisbane City Watchhouse on Roma Street.
The man said he felt unwell shortly after 3pm on July 20, and was assessed by nursing staff and emergency teams, according to police.
He became unresponsive and was declared dead a short time later.
The Ethical Standards Command confirmed it was investigating the death, with oversight from the Crime and Corruption Commission.
